High School Mission Trips

Each June a group of high school students take a mission trip. They have traveled to several locations over the past several years, working with low-income families, building homes and participating in community mission projects.

Go & Serve

Go & Serve is the annual mission trip for High School Ministries. It takes place in June and its purpose is based on Jesus’ words in John 12:26, “Whoever serves me must follow me and where I am, there will my servant be also. Whoever serves me, the Father will honor.” Go & Serve provides a work experience in which students serve others in need, outside Champaign County, through hands-on work and Christian fellowship.
